Two-Step Participant Sign Up Process

Signing up to become a participant is not a long, arduous process. It only takes two simple steps. Here’s what you have to do:

2. Meet with us in person. In order to confirm your eligibility for the study, we will need to meet with you in person! If you meet all the guidelines of the study, you will be asked to join. Just say yes, and you are in!
